Success By 6

"Early learning is crucial to laying the groundwork for the future."

About Success By 6

The majority of brain development happens before a child reaches the age of five. That’s why United Way’s Success by 6 program, which is geared towards children from birth to age six, is making a critical impact on our region’s school children.

With age-appropriate activities and learning tools that focus on family engagement, brain development and pre-literacy skills, children and their parents are having fun learning, gaining confidence and are more likely to be successful in kindergarten and stay on track through elementary, middle and high school. Materials are offered in English and Spanish and are free to families in the Rock River Valley.
