About Music at Midway
Join United Way of Rock River Valley for a event like no other — three events in one, actually. On Wednesday, June 23 at Midway Village, 6799 Guilford Road, United Way is putting on a campaign celebration, a retirement party, and an evening of great music and amazing food under the summer sky.
We will recognize the many local companies that ran workplace campaigns and the impact those contributions are making in the Rock River Valley. The event will also function as a retirement party for longtime President and CEO Paul Logli — a driving force in our community for more than 45 years. Finally, the evening will feature live music and numerous food trucks. Music includes DJ Freedom Bennett and Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos.
4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. • Stroll the grounds, listen to music featuring DJ Freedom Bennett, visit displays showing United Way's impact on the community. Campaign chairs can pick up their campaign awards.
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. • Enjoy food and drinks from a variety of food trucks and beer and wine tents.
5:30 p.m. • We'll pause the music and thank the companies that ran campaigns this year, recognize event sponsors, and honor Paul Logli for his 45 years of service to the community.
6:15 p.m. • Spread out and get comfy under the summer sky with your lawn chairs and blankets and get ready for some music, fun, and laughter with Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos.
Music at Midway is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased in advance for $7 or at the door for $10. Kids 13 and under are free.
