Amanda Childers has been working with United Way of Rock River Valley since October of 2021 as our Data Analyst directly supporting our Move the Middle initiative by helping identify students through early warning signs and measuring the impact of our achievement advocates. Amanda stated, “I enjoy being a part of the Move the Middle initiative because I believe this program will have a long-term positive effect on our community by focusing on the success of Rockford’s youth.” Amanda Childers has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is currently a Graduate student of Accountancy at Northern Illinois University. In her free time, Amanda loves to spend time with family and enjoy outdoor activities.
