Jessica Iasparro

Jessica, as a lifetime Rockford area resident, is excited to make a difference in our community in her role as Director of Community Impact. She received her B.A. from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. She has a passion for volunteerism, and has been an active volunteer and board member for many local organizations.

Jessica is married and a mom to six fantastic children. In her free time, you can find her riding or running on her Peloton, visiting her college kids, volunteering at school, or traveling to a warm and sandy destination.

Jessica joined United Way in July 2023.
